Gat99 Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Gat99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service provider. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between gat99 and all of its registered users.

Each individual is only One account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts from the same individual or household, using the same device or IP address, are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. gat99 will not be held liable for any activity carried out through your account.

Gat99 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register or play on our platform. This is not merely a rule — it is our ethical responsibility.

We may request identity documents for age verification at any time. If a user registers with a false date of birth and is later found to be a minor:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All deposited funds are non-refundable.

To withdraw your winnings from gat99, the following conditions must be met. We are committed to ensuring every withdrawal is fast and hassle-free.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
• KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically 6–24 hours is processed within.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Suspicious activity may require additional verification.

To withdraw winnings earned using a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement for that bonus. See Section 6 for details.

Gat99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. To take advantage of these offers, the following rules must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% of your first deposit, up to BDT 5,000. Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 20.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 30% per week. Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 15.
• Cashback: Up to 10% of net weekly losses. No wagering requirements.
• Referral Bonus: Up to BDT 300 per successful referral. Verified accounts required for both parties.

Each bonus is single-use and applicable to specific games only. Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

Gat99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected — such as multiple accounts or game manipulation — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

All games on gat99 are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely fair and random. gat99 never interferes with game results.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed before the game begins.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the amount wagered on the affected bet will be refunded.
• Gat99 will not be held responsible for games that disconnect due to internet connection loss.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

Any complaint regarding a game outcome must be reported to the support team within 24 hours. Complaints submitted after this window are generally not accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gat99 platform and will result in immediate account termination:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing bonuses or using bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Accessing the platform from restricted regions using a VPN or proxy.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Gat99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason (or no reason at all). Accounts are typically terminated for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

An email notice will be sent prior to account closure (except in cases involving prohibited activity, where immediate action will be taken). For closures due to legitimate reasons, any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days.

Gat99 treats the protection of your personal information as a top priority. Any data we collect is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and compliance with legal obligations.

• Your data is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with authorities when required by law.

• Account information compromised due to user negligence.
• Service downtime due to unexpected technical failures.
• Personal financial losses incurred by the user as a result of gambling.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.

The effective date of the latest version of this document will be noted at the top of the page. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive version.
